Jira, AOTS Remedy. • Deployment tools - Jenkins. • AWS services – EC2, S3, IAM, Cloud-formation. • Monitoring tools - Nagios, Splunk. • Effective uses of Unix Basic Utilities like grep, find, tail, id, ps, cron, kill order to maintain applications • Communicating with Dev, Delivery team related to deployment status and concerned issues. • Document accurate and detailed descriptions of all problem descriptions, troubleshooting activity, and resolution data. • Effectively work with other IT teams like Application Development, System admin, DBA etc to investigate, test and develop solutions and workaround to resolve client issues/requests.
