Olin is very talented and works quickly. Be very careful to specify revisions in your agreement. Olin uses a very rigid design process and complains if you decide to tweak things like facial expressions or hair textures once the drawing is colored. If you want Olin to design an image from scratch, I have no doubt he will do an excellent job. But, refining a very specific vision, might be problematic. I confess I'm a perfectionist, but I'm also the one paying for the work and ultimately, I want the finished product to be perfect.
