The Job profiles possess the ability to perform as an interface between the production unit and client in order to ensure timely delivery of the product with quality that includes coordination with different departments. To facilitate production process and better planning. The profile ensures exceptional organizational and scheduling skills with a great eye for developing new concepts and striving to achieve perfection. The project is undertaken with an eye on profitability and long term benefit for the organization. The reporting is to the Director.• Complete project handling and management from start to end. • Client interaction through verbal, email and personal meeting. • Planning and scheduling with time, cost & resources. • Regular/ daily updates need to be sent out at all stages (Planning, Pre-Production, Purchasing, Production, Delivery, Installation and hand over of Project/ Site. • Adhering to the Billing, Documentation & Quality Certificates. • To instruct and coordinate with account department for balance payment, tax saving forms (C, D1, SEZ, etc.) • This involves high level of client relations for both local and National Level. • Office administration and management, regulating outdoor sites status. • Client support services included answering phones, responding to emails, sending quotation and sites information etc. • Keeping all the updates of sites like short & long shots and its status. • Co-ordinating with other advertising agencies for vacant sites. • All phases of general office and clerical work, data entry services. Handling various administrative works and maintaining the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
