I am the right candidate with over ten years’ experience as an administrative/ accounts assistant I have performed the following: Data entry and the administration of various databases, Book-keeping, reconciliation, ordering and preparation of documents, sending invoices to clients and I also do a lot of reports and research; daily, weekly and monthly which have really sharpened by report-writing and presentation skills. Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and ensured that they are properly controlled, monitored and recorded using accounting software; QuickBooks, SAP, Sage. Monitor and ensure that suppliers are paid on time. Ensure that delivery orders and receipts are properly billed and recorded. Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times .Submitted timely financial reports to the director and handled administrative and human resource and recruiting concern. I manage all incoming and outgoing mails and calls hence this has perfected my communication, interpersonal and social skills both verbally and written. I work well independently and under minimum supervision and with my discipline and responsibility level I will assure you that any task delegated to me will be executed accurately and timely. I am proficient and experienced in QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Wordpress, Outlook, Trello, Access, Skype, Google Docs, and PDF.
