I am student of MS Bioinformatics at COMSATS University Islamabad, Islamabad Campus. Currently I am working on retro-synthetic analysis by deep learning approach. My focus is to device a methodology to enhance the accuracy of synthon prediction. My final year research project in BS was development of “BMT: Bioinformatics Mini Toolbox. A tool for comprehensive genomics and proteomics analysis”. On the basis of CGPA, I was one of the top students in my class. Along with my study, I also worked as Research Assistant at CUI, Sahiwal Campus under the project of HEC, titled “Inhibition of 2C Coxsackie B virus protein to decrease pathogenicity of diabetes mellitus Type1”. I am hard working, focused and fully dedicated to my study and research.
