 Proxy Setting, Patches Manage, Data backup.

 Resolve Digital signature issues.

 Maintain Data backup for tally, Map drive data etc.

 Install, update and Troubleshooting Tally Software.

 Installation and Configuration Operating System-Windows XP/7/8/10.

 Printers installation & troubleshooting and escalate problem to printer repair, when required.

 Create users new email ID, Create PST, mail backup & configured in MS Outlook.

 Install, update and troubleshooting sensys Software for ITR (Income Tax Return) file.

 Handle the tasks of troubleshooting basic network issues on-site and escalate

Problem to higher level of support, when required.

 Maintain Servers (Data backup server, Map drive server, Tally server, Antivirus server, TDS servers).

 Maintain Cobian Backup software for all Client system and servers.

 Maintain all client systems (Antivirus, MS Office, 3rd Party softwares,
