- over 7 years of applicable construction accounting experience

- (working for commercial general construction companies and trade contractors on projects in IL and across the States on TI, hospitality, retails, medical facilities, offices, ground ups & TI's, state projects, hospitals, educational institutions, schools, senior housing 

- expert in completing accurate G702/703 Pay Applications & AIA construction billing

- Partial/Final Waiver Preparation, Requests & Verification- Sworn Statements- Affidavits, Contracts (Lump Sum, GMP etc), Change Orders

- Construction Compliance, COI's

- certified payroll

- Title Companies and related required documentation

- strong knowledge of deisgnated billing portals: Textura, Coupa, and other as required by GC's 

- high professionalism, strong written and verbal skills, proactive with excellent organizing skills

- regular communication with clients/clients rep regards billings status; strong follow up on payments status

- Closeouts - warranty letters, as-builts, O&M

- accurate, detail & deadline-oriented, highly efficient, working independently applying resourcefulness

- computer efficiency: Adobe, Blue Beam, Microsoft Office; software known: Sage 300, Timberline, Procore, Textura, QuickBooks, CMiC, Concur, 

- systems integration - ERP-ing
