Primarily using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, the goal of project and construction scheduling is to ensure the efficient flow of financial, operational and managerial activities during complex projects. I help to ensure deadlines are met, budgets are kept and resources are allocated and managed effectively. I primarily assist clients (owners, contractors, and other teams) with developing and managing CPM schedules from baseline schedule generation to monthly schedule updates, ensuring the entire process is effectively managed to meet project and contract requirements. While much goes into the process of navigating these projects, typically these schedules can be resource, cost, commodity, revenue loaded to generate respective curves and data output.
