I have more than 12 years working experience in construction and manufacturing plants as an Static Equipment Inspection / RBI and Welding / Mechanical / Piping Engineering along with below expertise ( 10 Years Plus experience in Saudi Arabia): 1- To do study of all static Equipments as per API 580 & 581 guideline. 2- To organise and develop corrosion loops as per PFD and P&ID. 3- developing the all applicable Procedures and MS as applicable for construction project and routine maintenance such as ( NDE, Hydro , Pickling and Passivation, ITP, WQTR 4- To Prepare preliminary WPS as per ASME IX, API 1104 with considering govn. Codes ASME B31.3, 31.1, 31.4,31.8, API510,570,1122 and 650 to qualify new PQR based on construction of material requirement. 5- To Prepare any kind of construction and maintenance routine job formats. 6- To Prepare engineering Piping isometrics, Vessels and Tanks drawings in Auto Cad 7- To provide engineering support for Advance and conventional NDE related to real site implementation based on criticality and site condition. 8- To Provide Online Training related to Meridium Software ( IM & TM) Module ,Query builder and assessment of new and re- assessment of old study. 9- Provide full guideline and even predation of quotation based on client given RFQ related to maintenance and construction projects. 10-To write Required quality control procedure as required by projects needs. 11- To Provide support to draw weld maps on isometrics, Vessels Ansal Tanks drawings. 12- To provide full support and guide line related to advance NDE such as Robotic inspection, ILI, Pulse Eddy Current, Digital Radiography and Lixi profiler for tanks, vessels and piping while tanks are inservice ( in lieu of internal inspection) 13- To provide support to prepare any kind of engineering scope for RFQ to various companies. 14- To Provide support for preparation of Pressure safety relief devices testing procedure based on internal requirement along with compliance of national, international and governing requirement. 15- Provide support to prepare procedure for conventional valves testing such as ( Gate , Glove, Plug , Control and Butterfly Valves. 16- To provide support for preparation of budgetary quotation based on client RFQ and even Technical Quotation. 17- To provide support to write Technical letters etc.
