Autodesk Building Connected Bid Submissions
Excavation
Foundation
Framing/Block/CMU/Structural Panel wall construction
Roofing; shingle, slate, roll on/bitumen/EPDM, barrel tile and residential flat roof (shed or with parafit walls)
Rough in Electrical (residential and commercial - light, medium and heavy load)
Drywall/ finishes and metal studding
Finish Electrical with Fixture Allotments
Rough in Plumbing
Finish plumbing with fixture allotments
HVAC
Structural steel or microlam install
Insulation
Septic Systems
Finish Drywall/Panels/plaster/Venetian plaster
Painting exterior and interior, large commercial scale or residential room by room, regular coat, garage coat, epoxy, reseal and recoating, painting of doors, windows, grills, trim, studs etc.

Cabinet creation/resell/install
Moldings and finish items.

I have drafted take offs for mainly clients here in the US but I have also drafted estimates for builds in other locations. Specifically UK, Australia and Canada.
