As consultant & project manager for consulting projects: 

• Set up strategic management systems, using the balanced scorecard,
• Set up quality management systems as per ISO 9001 standard, and other international standards in the field and monitor implementation, 
• Re-structure companies with focus on job analysis, job descriptions, 
• Set up systems for ground handling providers as per IATA requirements and Civil Aviation (ISAGO),
• Design and develop process documentation, 
• Conduct steering committees, 
• Facilitate and organize management review meetings,
• Train staff and workforce, 
• Form homogeneous and efficient teams,
• Conduct focus groups for root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.

As QMS auditor: 

• Plan, perform and report on internal audits for contracted clients; 
• Train clients’ internal auditors and continuously evaluate them.

As trainer: 

• Design customized programs and delivered training in:
  1. Internal Auditing based on ISO 19011 (with focus on interpersonal skills, questioning techniques, body language, interaction and behavior with auditees);
  2. On-The-Job Training (with focus on trainers’ role and background);
  3. Job Descriptions; 
  4. Business Process Development and Improvement; 
  5. Balanced Scorecard & Strategic Management Systems; 
  6. Root-Cause Analysis and Problem Solving Techniques;
  7. ISO 9001 standard;
  8. Documentation; 
  9. ISAGO requirements
