Seth Gitman, PE, PMP, Consultant for Gitman Consulting, possesses experience in the areas of planning, construction, project management, engineering management, engineering design and claims analysis services. He has served in a variety of project management roles. His primary responsibilities have included contractor claim analysis, civil engineering design, negotiation, contract negotiation, managing requests for proposals, change management, performance reporting, managing requests for information, managing submittals, and cash flow projections. Mr. Gitman has managed construction, design projects, and claims related issues of airports, electric transmission, substations, transportation infrastructure and residential housing complexes. He has worked in these capacities for several major airlines, electric utilities, general contractors, departments of transportation, private developers, and law firms. Mr. Gitman is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in CT, DE, MD, & PA and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also pursuing a Juris Doctorate and has provided legal research and assistance services since 2017.
