Well, I have an overall experience of 15 years in IT industry! My Carrier started in 2005 with BPO Genpact in various Niches like Dell technical support, Australian Mortgage and ICICI Loans. From the early times, I have had flavor for content development and have utilized my skills in developing Training content, Script development and writing content for the processes I supported. I left Genpact in 2010 as a Trainer and did freelancing training for NIIT Uniqua in domains like NIT, HP sales and Telenor. I began a Journey in k12 Market segment with Next Education in 2011 as an Academic Training Manager for Customer experience where I excelled in training more than 2000 Teachers across 200 reputed schools located in Rajasthan, Gujrat, MP and Delhi. I learnt Sales during this period and helped the company in cracking major deals throughout the region. I shifted my focus back to BPO as a Training Manager in The phone support private limited where I designed the content Program for Technical support and Sales. I worked her from 2103 to 2015. Since then, I have provided my services to many reputed organization in the field of training and content development and writing. Few honorary mentions are Tech Mahindra, Havells and CTES. From last 2 years have excelled in Sales, SEO and have mentored a team to develop rich skills in SEO writing.
