I have been working in the field of Content Moderation - Trust & Safety since 2023.
Which basically means I have gone through a million or more Images, text and videos to make sure they are safe for the end user. So I have reviewed such content on maps, social media platforms, dating websites, review platforms, shopping portals, video streaming platforms etc;
My work includes but is not limited to below mentioned tasks:
To analyze/review content and check if the content meets the company standards and is in compliance with the company policies
To take appropriate action on user content that violates any policy
To identify spam/fraud trends/patterns/fake users
To help create policies
To build training material
To communicate with end user regarding any issues they may have
Perform quality checks on tasks done by other moderators.
