I have 5+ years of experience developing systems focused training material for large corporate projects. Most of this time was spent developing in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint with some SAP-specific simulation work done in SAP Productivity Pack (SPP). I am an English first-language speaker and content writer. Over the years I have fine-tuned my written grammar and punctuation so as to produce written content that is simple to read and understand. I have learned to distil complex content and concepts into straight-forward written text that can still get the core message across to the end user. I consider high-quality writing to be my forte and have no issues producing short-form or long-form written content. My goal is to produce content that could be hard-bound and sold in stores. I don't take mistakes lightly and have a very keen eye for spotting errors both in both written and graphic content. When producing content with screenshots I work on the pixel level to ensure everything is as close to perfect as possible. However, my years of experience has also taught me how to expedite content when time/cost-savings is considered the priority over quality. Having said that, I still strive to be as accurate as possible in both written and visual content that I produce.
