  • Skilled commercial Negotiator with ability to persuade Executives, Business professionals and Statutory & Regulatory authorities.
  • Leading commercial solutioning for large and complex deals including responding to RFI/RFP/RFQ
  • Negotiating commercial Terms & Conditions including Price with customers and third-party sub-contractors/vendors. 
  • Help Leadership in understanding and the implications of the contract and clauses in the contract
  • Drafting commercial Terms & Conditions and creation of Master Agreement &  service Agreement .
  • Ensure the contracts signed follow statutory/regulatory requirements in various geographies.
  • Devising new pricing and billing strategies with the pricing team.
  • Advising Leadership on Commercial Strategy
  • Post Signature Contract Management to ensure:
  • Drafting of Addendums to contract
  • Service delivered as per Contract/Change Management
  • Dispute Resolution/Risk Management
  • Help Sales and Leadership in understanding and Interpretation of Contract 
  • SLA Compliance
