As a contract technical writer, I have accrued a wide-range of technical and business communication experience through the development and management of documentation for marketing initiatives, procedures, and project specific plans. Through my involvement in both large and small-scale projects across North America, I’ve gained knowledge in the oil and gas, construction, and software sectors. Working in these sectors has given me the opportunity to create diverse documentation including engineering, proposal, and regulatory submissions. These experiences enable me to connect technically and build constructive relationships with subject matter experts, project teams, and stakeholders to reach multiple audiences for both internal and external communications. As a founding partner of Ironside Communications, I have the support, knowledge, and flexibility to take on contract projects of any scope or length. I also have extensive experience with remote teams and am willing to travel. I’m genuinely interested in engineering, design, and software fields and love to dive head-first into new projects of all sizes.
