I am a full-time freelancer and have been typing and transcribing professionally for over 30 years. I do not outsource my work, everything is done in house by my hand. I have a bachelor's in English and am able to correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. My typing speed is between 90 and 100 words per minute. My speed directly correlates with the type of document being typed and if there is special formatting and/or charts. My normal rate of completion is between 10-12 pages per hour, again depending on what type of document it is. I am proficient in form creation both in Microsoft Word and PDF files.
