We are looking for two creative Freelance Copywriter to write clear and concise copy for publication on our websites. Your words will inform and engage target audiences using SEO standard best practices.
Our ideal candidate is skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail. If you can grasp project requirements quickly and offer valuable insight, we’d like to meet you.

This role is remote but we would like the candidate to be based in NYC as the content is focused on NYC. Having a fundamental understanding of the city is important.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, attractive copy with an authoritative voice
- Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with editor and marketing team (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages)
- Conduct high-quality research and potentially interviews
- Edit and proofread copy as needed
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
- Source images and other content
Requirements and skills Proven experience as a copywriter or related role - Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
