I am a writing professional with over 12 years of experience software and banking documentation. I have well-developed communication and organizational skills, and have authored numerous technical and non-technical articles and edited a book.I am strongly detail oriented, with experience researching and analyzing business and technical procedures. I am used to working independently, and am self-motivated. I am familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, HTML, and DITA, and am in the process of learning JavaScript.I am currently a business analyst at CIBC, and have experience creating business requirements and project charters. For 2 years prior to that at CIBC, I was a senior documentation writer for INTRIA, a company which process cash and cheques for a variety of financial institutions. I deal with clients over the phone and in person, and worked with pre-existing documentation as well as creating documentation from scratch.Prior to that, I worked for IBM for 10 years as a technical writ
