I have been working in the field of social media marketing for the last two and a half years and have since helped business owners optimise their presence online through cost-effective social media marketing campaigns. I have experience in working with a variety of social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, EClincher, and Zoho. Some of the scheduling tools have excellent community management features that I would use to manage our clients post engagement. In addition to scheduling social media posts for businesses, I also have experience in writing and uploading blogs, SEO, social media advertising campaigns (Facebook and Instagram Ads). I also have experience in journalism from the internship that I did with Perfect Daily Grind. Perfect Daily Grind are an online speciality coffee publication and my role was to work with the chief editor and the CEO to create content for their social media accounts and website. I would write articles for their website from the Skype interviews that I would arrange and carry out myself with coffee farmers, lecturers, roasters, and Speciality Coffee Association trainers from across the world.
