I advise clients on a variety of different corporate and real estate transactions including contract negotiations, drafting, and execution. I am available to assist with the process of incorporation in all states, with specific experience in Delaware and Florida. I enjoy working with small businesses and individuals who are interested in growing their business and/or acquiring real estate. In the real estate space, I have historically represented clients in commercial lease negotiations, purchase and sale of real estate including land, multi-family, condominiums, and residential deals. I have additionally represented real estate clients in all their corporate needs including drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, establishing SPEs, and creating tax efficient structures. I received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Prior to practicing law I worked for Goldman Sachs as a Financial Analyst in the Securities Division.
