I am a finance professional with over 6 years of professional experience across different finance areas including corporate finance, corporate development, project finance, restructuring advisory and M&A. I have gained this experience in North America, Europe, and South Asia. The start of my professional career in investment banking as an analyst laid a strong foundation of core finance skills including financial modelling, DCF & valuations, financial analysis, deal creation, scenario analysis etc. These skills were complemented by my enrollment and successful completion of the CFA program. In a span of four years in banking, I closed deals in a range of sectors including power, oil & gas, financial institutions, telecommunication, and manufacturing concerns. I am also a 2018 MBA graduate from Cornell University. Since graduation, I have been working as a Finance Director for Endeavor Group Holdings. As a finance lead for the company’s digital media group, my core responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis etc. When I was working in the New York office, I played a central role in setting up finance operations plan (including forecasting) for a recently launched content production business. I was also actively involved in the company’s strategic initiatives such as capital expenditures, divestitures, and acquisitions.
