Develops online courses to align with modern-day adult learning theory. Takes course twice and delivers thoughtful feedback directly related to the improvement of the overall course. Documentation of any errors that may have made their way into your course, as well as make suggestions in any areas you would like to improve in as a course creator/facilitator. Will rate effectiveness of the course, LMS system used, facilitation style, and resources you deliver to your customer. Provides an action plan to increase learner engagement and retention of material taught. I am very involved in the process and prefer to meet before, during and after taking your course twice.
