I have been compositing, restoring, repairing and manipulating photos since 1991. For fifteen years, I edited offical portraits for the U.S. Department of Defense. At the same time, I developed photo catalogs to illustrate an event, period or individual photographer. I work very quickly and am accustomed to tight turnarounds. If we work together, you'll find that I am very cooperative and will be glad to work out reasonable rates.
