Covid 19 Business recovery Plans Dedicated Resource

For many the Covid 19 Pandemic has turned their business upside down, almost every business operating in the service sector have had to either close or operate under significantly changed guidelines and practices. For all this is an incredibly worrying time, but for those that have had to close the uncertainty of when you may be able to re-open plus the added unknown of in what capacity will you be allowed to re-open heightens these concerns further.

Despite all this uncertainty now is the time to look at what can be done during this period of closure and prepare for re-opening. This situation should now be taken as an opportunity to:-

• Look at activities that can be carried out while closed or restricted such as repairs, maintenance, stocktaking, retraining, restructuring, and or review historical sales and marketing activities to name but a few.
• Review all your business departments & operations. Trading hours, staffing levels, KPI'S.
• Look into new systems, procedures and technologies that could help reduce costs in the long term.
• Prepare for re-opening and be ready to work alongside any restrictions that may be imposed under a staggered re-opening per governmental guidelines.
• Be wholly prepared and able to capitalise on whatever the "new normal" might be.

Wrighton Consulting is on hand to help you and your business through this process, to guide you through the government advice and ensure you are receiving all the practical and financial help that is being offered to businesses. Call Justin now to discuss on 07879 841 221
