Mr. Tarullo was very helpful on this task. While he isn't a super tech wiz or anything, and does not know all details of the law, he gave common sense advice. On top of that he is a very nice person. My main complaint is very minor: he was so softspoken that sometimes I had trouble hearing him over the phone. I recommend him to anyone needing assistance with tax work.
