Possessing sixteen years experience as an English teacher to adults, which involved not only teaching them conversational English, but also proof reading scientific and business texts for publications or use in the student's job, I have excellent interpersonal skills and an eye and ear for detail. I have worked as an estate agent for five and a half years and owned and operated my own real estate agency for the past 3 years. This has honed my interpersonal skills as well as giving me the necessary tools to operate a business. These skills are also useful in my volunteer work as Controller of the local VICSES unit. Very computer literate, I am well versed in the use of the Office suite and find it easy to learn to use new software. Creative, imaginative, problem solving, and tech savvy are just a few of the arrows in my quiver.
