I am a writer and a photographer. My writing focuses on creative non-fiction, literary essay, journalistic articles but I also have a strong voice for genre fiction. I have written blog posts for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, magazine articles for the Original magazine and Pitt Magazine, and news stories for Pitt Chronicle. My photography tends to focus on portraiture, events, and documentary but I have a strong artistic eye that lends itself well to creative photography. I like to find the balance between visual and verbal in my work. I have worked for the University of Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Squonk Opera, and many more. I am also skilled in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, editing photos and retouching images.
