I am an American teacher currently working at Scholastic training center in Shanghai, China. Scholastic publishing company has a smaller branch called Scholastic Asia which distrubutes Scholastic materials to schools and educational facilities around Asia. A yet even smaller branch in China opened Scholastic English/Reading training centers. I am not directly affiliated with the big guys at Scholastic Publishing company, because I am just a Scholastic teacher. However, I am still aspiring to be a writer. Besides being exposed to many books, my students of all ages help me become inspired to write about many things. Writing style: My style is flexible depending on what I am writing about and the age of the target audience. Writing Interests: Children’s books, Teen/Adult fantasy, and articles about cultural topics & esoteric knowlege. Besides writing, I have a business partner who helps me translate documents/articles from English to Chinese and Chinese to English if anyone is interested in help with translation.
