Creativity, productivity, efficiency, and skill sets are all a part of what people try to convey to potential employers when looking for work. In the end what really matters is the job seeker's ability to articulate their strengths in a concise and convincing manner. The "resume" or "CV" is what gets them into the front door but it is their communication skills (both written and verbal) that make the difference. My strength is my ability to really listen to what people are saying, sometimes when they are not even talking. I take what they say and adapt myself like water flowing down a stream to cater to their individual needs.Each person can say what they think people want to hear; very few people though can actually interpret others correctly and truly give them what they are looking for.
