My specialty is in producing (creating, managing, and distributing) your newsletter for you. I use a methodology that includes a web site that acts as the repository for the content, then distribute the email to my customer-provided list. The recipients read the intro for the articles and link back to the site to read the full stories. This allows for tracking and statistics.
