Usability testing offers a unique experience to learn how a new customer navigates and uses your site for the first time. Using high quality audio and screen recording software I will navigate and explore your site and experience it as a new customer. I’ll narrate my thoughts throughout and comment on a variety of areas including, but not limited to, the impression of the home page and clarity of its purpose or services offered, ease of navigation, engagement, trustworthiness, problem areas and likelihood of purchase (conversion). I can also follow a series of set tasks (search for an item, add to cart etc) if required. I will always be completely honest so you’ll learn what’s confusing, missing, what’s right and importantly what’s wrong. I’ll make positive suggestions on how to move forward and improve the visitor experience, deliver a better website and gain a competitive advantage. Being able to highlight problem areas now will enable you to improve the experience for your users and, importantly, to retain them in the future.
