Created daily feed generator for real estate brokers on behalf of Zillow. Some of these had over 50000 properties and converting them to Zillow format required lot of analysis and tuning and working with Zillow support group. Also provided a mobile status report and alerts if the job fails. Can provide various Zillow contacts to testify on our behalf! Created CRMLS Integration for Long Beach, CA based Real estate broker http://www.century21action.com/ Built a daily job to pull listings from CRMLS and convert it into Zillow format as explained at http://www.zillow.com/feeds/Feeds.htm Worked with CRMLS and broker to setup the access agreement. Did the same with Zillow Tech support and the broker. This helped to extract broker listings daily from CRMLS, convert to Zillow format and update Zillow database. Also built a prototype to access the listings from a mobile device. Used PHP, MySQL, Linux, JQuery Mobile for building the above. Had frequent meetings to review the website and enhance it with new features based on the real estate market trends. Have been providing support and enhancements for years. Also helped upload LA County Tax assessors listings (over 2 million) to a database and create various features on the database.
