I design PCBs that are built to be manufactured, not just built to work on your desk.
I'm an Electrical Engineering student at Dedan Kimathi University of Technology, and I've spent the better part of the last few years doing one thing: taking electronics projects from concept to manufacture-ready hardware. I handle the full process — schematic capture, PCB layout, BOM, firmware — so you're not stitching together work from three different people.
Most clients come to me with one of two problems: they have an idea and don't
know where to start, or they have a design that's causing headaches — wrong footprints, failed DRC, a board that came back from JLCPCB with issues. I've dealt with both enough times to know where things usually go wrong.
What I work on:
2-layer and 4-layer PCB layout (KiCad)
Schematic design from scratch or from your existing sketches
DFM review — BOM optimization, real-time component availability, 3D enclosure checks
Embedded firmware in C/C++ for ESP32, STM32, and Arduino
Python tools for hardware testing and serial validation
Every delivery includes Gerber files, drill files, CPL/BOM for assembly, 3D STEP model, and full KiCad source files. You own everything.
I've designed boards for IoT applications, wireless communication systems, and industrial control — including HomeNode, a full wireless IoT hub I built from the ground up.
If you need clean, well-documented hardware that a fab house can run without back-and-forth, let's talk.
