(Creation of the Project Scope document, Time and cost estimate document.) • Client Coordination for the project. • Planning Strategy- • Having meetings for the project to find out the best possible way to do it. • Creation of SRS document. • Creation of Project Documents. • Taking daily updates from the development team and update to the client. • Arrange the meetings via Skype if needed with the developers and client. • Project delivery and client satisfaction is also important part. • Worked on Sugar CRM and Salesforce CRM. • Data Mining. • Creation of all the document for the company
