I provide a 1 on 1 consultation to determine exactly what you are looking for. Then, I design your site to your specifications, after which you get to approve it or give me your first of 2 rounds of changes. I can arrange hosting with a host that is inexpensive and reliable, and works well with CMS systems, or I can attempt to install for you.
