I am an innovative customer representative with 4 years of experience in different accounts for fortune 500 companies. I grew up in Jamaica but I spent a lot a time in the United States. As a child I originally wanted to be the first female Jamaican Journalist, then later I became fascinated with helping people. I excelled in communication management in school high school and loved watching sports. These two passions guided me in perusing athletic training it in college. In order to offset the cost of living during college I worked as a customer care agent for both Budget and Amazon. I fell in love with the industry and since then i have been working as a customer care agent. I have spent the last 4 years developing my skills as a customer service representative on various fortune 500 companies accounts. I love making a difference and solving my customers' problems. Based on my experience and unwavering passion I believe I am ready to step out on my own to become a freelancer. Personally, I view this opportunity as a win win as I am able to do what I love and still be able to spend quality time at home.
