I have worked as an Office staff in Admin and Operations department until I became a Marketing Officer in a Security industry, Customer Service, Collections Representative in a BPO industry for the last 11 years. My last job was a Technical Coach. I am responsible for data encoding creating weekly and monthly report, assists Operations Manager for the deployment of Manpower, managing and developing marketing campaigns and strategies, attend meetings and biddings, maintaining good relationship with clients and suppliers and monitoring and tracking monthly sales. I am also responsible for Upselling insurance for the home devices, conduct assessment for the technical issues and an advance troubleshooting steps for mobile phones, handled collections and customer service concerns. My supervisors and co-workers always say that I am passionate, reaching my full potential and provide results because I am always making sure that I am always on top within the organization. I excel at Computer functions, MS Office and other computer languages such as SQL, HTML and java.
