Currently, I am a Intership in a big Physiotherapy's clinic in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This tremendous experience has allowed me to develop skill set which is necessary to successfully execute the above-mentioned role. Besides conducting professional market research and providing beneficial support and assistance to customers, I also excel at:

Collecting and analyzing feedback and working on the improvement of customer satisfaction with provided services.

Resolving any problematic issues and maintaining relevant documents and records.

Managing multiple office activities and executing other tasks as assigned.

In addition to being a native Portuguese speaker, I am fluent in English and Spanish. On the tech side, I am adept at using Zoho Desk, LiveAgent, and Salesforce at expert level.
