An Experienced Customer Service Specialist with 10 years working experience in the Customer Service Field. I am passionate in providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed company targets and clients' business goals. I am committed to my work for long term by diligently helping them achieve success. I started as a Sales Service Associate and was able to excel and be promoted to Level 2. I was able to gain sales experience for 2 years in a Telecommunications company. I also enhanced my communication skills through building rapport to my clients/customers to gain sales. After 2 years, I moved to another company and was hired as a Process Executive handling non-voice account. I gained customer service skills like time management, problem solving, critical thinking, customer orientation, etc by attending competency based training. Afterwards, I want to step up and climb the corporate ladder by applying for a team leader position. I attended team and manager trainings to prepare myself to the next phase of my career. I was moved to an HR Operations account which is new to me and a very challenging role. I was able to provide ideas for process improvement and set projects to resolve and improve challenging metrics in the operations.
