I am a hardworking professional with the passion to uphold high standards and exceeding expectations with minimum supervision. I currently take calls, respond, send out and draft emails, I handle escalations and customer queries daily. I supervise a team of two individuals and I do my best to ensure that I capture all the data necessary to provide a wholesome report for feedback to my team lead. So far, it has been an exciting journey and I plan to infuse my knowledge with the jobs available here. Lastly, I create and execute training as well.
