I had almost 4 years of experience with customer service and I am very good at call handling and call resolution. I always end up making customers satisfied with the service that I have provided. I am very much willing to learn of all the products that I have to be familiar with. Through my experiences, I was able to pacify irate callers, process orders, resolve issues on orders, and can definitely do multi-tasking on a heavy call volume.
