David is a seasoned customer success manager with over 5 years of experience in managing small to large projects. He has consistent track record of success in the management of business critical projects for several international clients. He works closely with our customer partners to help resolve special issues and problems. Subscribing to the belief that an innovative company cannot rest on its past successes, he often serves as the leader or facilitator of our continuous improvement events. He reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and assists with the project planning, scheduling and oversight of various jobs and contracts.
