CUSTOMIZED, FILL-IN FORM NEEDED - ADOBE

I have a contract that I need to have updated with some fill-in information, as well as embedded fields. I want to know if I can also have a button to designate certain documents to be sent via email to a potential client (QUOTE) and the other option button to designate certain documents to be sent via email (SALE). I also don't want my pricing tabulation to go out with the option of tampering with it via the client. I want my internal staff to be able to change it, but not the client. I also want the form to state if the owner has multiple properties that a new field will pop up for my staff to click on a Multi-property discount and then a new field pops up for them to enter the additional property information. This could be up to 3 properties per client/owner. I need all of these special fields embedded.
