I am a motivated, analytical, enthusiastic and professional Property Valuer with demonstrated eight years of working experience in the field of property valuation in the road infrastructure, agricultural and oil and gas projects specifically under the land acquisition team. In my current role, i am responsible for receiving instructions, carry out property inspections and the write a Valuation report to be submitted to the client. I am proud of my solid track record of delivering reports on time which has benefited the companies i have worked for to save at least 10% of their estimated budgets.
I am skilled in Data capture, Data entry & Analysis, Property valuation, Financial & Valuation Analysis, Cost management, Communication and negotiation,conducting feasibility studies and am renowned for my ability to deliver on time and on budget.
Gaining knowledge is one of my passions and recently i finished the Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst course offered by the Corporate Finance Institute under the African Leadership Group. This course exposed me to a plethora of knowledge and skills in financial modeling and valuation analysis.
