Maintaining and Preparing Firm’s Accounts, Analyze, audit Vouching, review,  Understanding of Intuit QuickBooks;  Copy, Scan & File documents electronically and via physical copies;  Good knowledge of MS Office Tools..(Excel)  Expense Reports and process, Travel Expense Claims, travel/salary advances and request replenishment of Office Revolving Fund account. Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Quick book), Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment.
