I am a person with good knowledge and experience in data entry skills especially in the field of research. This involves collecting, organizing, and processing data from various sources which includes surveys, forms, reports or databases. That's through manually and with the help of softwares and tools that simplify the tasks.

Data entry tools and softwares which I am familiar with

As you already know know data entry and analysis is made easier with the help of various tools  and softwares, this includes:

1.  I have great knowledge in managing data using spreadsheets such as excel, Google sheets and LibreOffice calc. Which helps me to create, edit, and manipulate tables of data as well as sorting, filtering, and calculating data and creating charts and graphs.
2.  Am also much conversant with forms like Google forms, Surveymonkey, or typeform which enables me to collect data from surveys, quizzes, feedback forms or registration forms.
3. I am also an expert in handling databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle for storing, organizing and managing large amounts of data as well as querying, analyzing, and reporting data, and ensuring data integrity and security.
4. Optical character recognition, data scaping, data validation, and data conversion are other data entry softwares which I am also an expert in using it to automate or facilitate data entry tasks, and extract data from images, documents, websites or other sources, and transform it into a desired format.

Data entry standards

In order to come up with standard data I follow some basic rules and guidelines which help me to avoid errors, discrepancies and confusion while making data more liable and useful. These rules and guidelines include the following: 

1.  In order to achieve accuracy, I check and verify data sources, use data validation tools, and review and edit data before submitting it.
2. In order to achieve completeness, I follow the instructions and specifications of the data entry project, I use data completion tools, and update data as soon as possible.
3. Consistency is another good technique which I follow in order to have standard data. This is achieved through the use of data standardization tools, follow data entry templates, and apply data entry rules.
4. Lastly, I also observe time in order to have standard data. That is timelines, and timeliness can be achieved through planning and prioritizing the data entry tasks, the use of data entry shortcuts and automation tools, and then track and report the data entry progress and status.

Data security

And finally, in order to make sure that my work is secure and protected I use the following best ways:

1. Encryption to prevent data breaches, theft, or interception.
2. Backup is another method which is done by creating and saving other copies by using cloud storage, external hard drives, or flash drives.
3. Authentication is also another method which I use to make sure that there is restriction of data access, use, modification to only those who have permission.
