I am currently working as a Collections Specialist for an Australian company. Part of what I do is to ensure all the callback schedule, work templates and trackers are kept updated and compliant as per client requirements.Years before I entered the BPO industry, I worked for a construction firm. What I do everyday is to encode liquidation expenses for each project to ensure that we are able to bill clients properly. I also keep track of our suppliers, payment schedules and employee dispatch records. I would like to be given an opportunity to work with your - part time but for a long term employment.
