This is Pavan. I have done My postgraduation in Master of Pharmacy.I can do Data entry like Ms office and Ms Excel related jobs. I have working experinece of 18 months in Medical coding with ICD-10 and CPT codes. I Can able to do correct ICD codes and give appropriate level of CPT of supporting Medical document. I worked in Outpatient coding as well as some little experience in physical therapy and E/M coding.
